How does Botox work?

Botox works by relaxing the underlying muscles of the face, in turn lessening the contraction of the overlaying skin and appearance of dynamic wrinkles.

Are there any side effects?

Botox is extremely safe! At Peachy, we only inject the FDA approved areas, meaning that the side effect profile is very minimal. Clients can expect very mild swelling at the injection sites that resolve in 30 minutes or less!

Is Botox painful?

The pain is very minimal; it simply feels like a small poke.

Is there any downtime?

Minimal to none! Most clients leave our studio and continue about their day. Aftercare involves avoidance of alcohol, exercise and lying flat for a short period after treatment.

Will I still look natural?

Absolutely! Our goal at Peachy is to retain your natural appearance while softening your dynamic wrinkles.

Will I need multiple treatments?

Treatments are recommended every 3-4 months in order to continually relax the dynamic wrinkles and prevent them from transitioning into static, more permanent lines.
