Return Policy

We only accept returns if the item you receive is defective or not part of your original order. In either case, you’ll be able to return the item for a full refund, at no cost to you.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and items need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please reach us at hello@peachystudio.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label as well as instructions for sending the item back.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
