Where we treat

We focus on three carefully studied areas of the face where
wrinkles often form – and where botox is FDA-approved and proven to work:

  1. Forehead

Lines that show when you raise your brow.

  2. Between the Eyebrows

Frown lines, known also as "elevens".

  3. Crow’s Feet

Eye lines that show while smiling or squinting.

Try this at home

In front of a mirror, raise your eyebrows. Now furrow them. Now make an exaggerated smile. Are you seeing lines form or showing more dramatically? Treating these lines now will effectively prevent their advance!

What sets Peachy apart?

We focus on one thing and do it really well - we do Botox. Not with someone who does botox once a day. The average provider is way more experienced than any other provider. We are experts. Our providers are the top 1% of all providers in the country. All of our providers are board certified Nurse Practitioners.

Do I need to know what treatment I want before booking?

Not at all! Many first-time clients aren’t sure what they need- and that’s totally okay. Your appointment starts with a consultation where we assess your skin and goals, then tailor a treatment to fit you perfectly. Consultations are always complimentary!

What if I’m unsure if I want Botox or don’t know if it’s right for me?

That’s totally normal - and exactly why we created Peachy. Our consults are free! You can always come and learn what, if anything, is right for you.

Will I still look like me?

Absolutely. At Peachy, our approach is all about natural-looking results. You’ll look like a refreshed, well-rested version of yourself. Your Provider will work with you to understand your goals.

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe Botox as a small pinch that’s over in seconds. We use ultra-fine needles and techniques that keep discomfort to a minimum. You’ll be in and out in no time.

How long does it last?

Botox typically lasts about 2-4 months, though this can vary slightly based on your individual metabolism and muscle movement. It’s a gradual onset, gradual offset. Usually by 8 weeks you will notice a small amount of movement returning, with full movement at about the 3 month mark.

How long does a treatment take?

We recommend allotting 30-45 minutes for your full appointment (consult and treatment).

Is there any downtime with Botox?

Nope! You may have slight redness or tiny bumps at the injection sites, but these usually fade within 15–30 minutes. You can also apply makeup after if needed.

When will I see results?

For upper face botox, you’ll start to notice a difference in 5-10 days, with full results showing up by day 10-14. Make sure to take this into account when planning for an event or vacation!

Is Botox safe?

Yes! Botox is FDA-approved and has been used safely for decades. At Peachy, all treatments are performed by board certified Nurse Practitioners with advanced training.

How much Botox will I need?

That depends on your unique facial anatomy and goals. During your consultation, we’ll create a custom plan and walk you through exactly what’s recommended- no surprises.

Am I too young (or too old) to start Botox?

There’s no “perfect” age. Many clients start preventative Botox in their 20s-30s to soften early expression lines, while others begin later to smooth existing wrinkles. It’s about your personal goals- not your birth year.

How often will I need to come back?

Most clients return every 3-4 months to maintain results for the upper face and 3-6 months for masseter botox.

Can Botox prevent wrinkles?

Yes! Starting early with Botox can help “train” muscles to relax, reducing the chances of deep lines forming over time- especially in the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes.

What are the side effects?

Side effects are minimal. If they do occur, usually very minimal- tiny bumps or occasional bruising at the injection site. Some people will get a slight headache, relieved with Tylenol!

What brands do you carry?

We carry Jeuveau, Xeomin, Brand Botox, and Dysport. Brand Botox and Dysport have a $150 upcharge.

Who will be administering my botox?

All of our providers are board certified Nurse Practitioners.

What if I feel like I need a touch up?

We offer complimentary dose adjustments 2-3 weeks after initial treatment. Please call us to schedule this if needed.

What should I avoid doing after botox?

After botox you should avoid high intensity exercise for the rest of the day. You should not lay flat for 4 hours. Bruising can be a risk, so if you want to decrease the risk, avoid alcohol or ibuprofen that night.

What results can I expect from my treatment?

Wrinkle treatments at Peachy come FDA-approved and are broadly effective for every face and skin type. We can’t say you’ll lose every last wrinkle since each face responds to treatment in its own way. But considerably finer lines – and fewer of them – certainly is something you can look forward to while treatment remains active (3–4 months for most).

How should I prepare for my treatment?

It’s best to avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication (Advil, Aspirin and the like) at least 24 hours beforehand, unless prescribed or instructed by your doctor. OTC topical numbing creams are safe to apply 30 minutes before treatment.

After your appointment, it’s important to prevent the risk of treatment migrating where it shouldn’t. Avoid lying down at least 4 hours after your botox treatment, and postpone vigorous exercise for the next 24 hours as well.

Are there any side effects?

Studied for more than 30 years, botox is known to have very minimal side effects (and adverse effects are rare). This is what makes it such a broadly popular option for wrinkle care! The most common side effects are bruising, although minimal, and mild redness/swelling at injection sites. Side effects are temporary and will clear within the first 30 minutes. Our providers are happy to cover any and all treatment concerns during consultation.

Do you offer fillers?

No fillers here! Wrinkle prevention is our one and only focus at Peachy, which we personalize for every face through a preventative blend of botox, prescription retinoids, and zinc-based sunscreens.

Can I go back to work afterward?

Yes! Immediately after the injections, you can expect small, “mosquito-like” bumps that with proper icing will self-resolve within 15–20 minutes. We keep fresh ice packs at each studio as well as a curated space to refresh before getting back to it!

When should I come back for my next treatment?

While every face responds to botox differently, we suggest cadencing treatment every 3 months. This maintains the life of your results and ensures you aren’t reverting to facial movements that promote wrinkling in the first place!

Which wrinkle relaxer is right for me?

All of the neuromodulators we carry (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau®) are FDA-approved and carry the same active ingredient: Botulinum toxin type A. All products last a comparable amount of time and provide you with similar results, but some are dosed differently or contain different inactive ingredients. You can discuss this with a Peachy Provider!

Do you treat other areas?

We focus treatment on the 3 areas currently approved by the FDA: the glabella (between the eyebrows), frontalis (forehead), and lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet). Focusing treatment here comes after decades of research affirming safety and efficacy with botox in these areas. It’s how we ensure remarkable results!

How many botox units do I need?

Dosing. Few factors determine the physical effects of botox than where it’s administered on the face and the amount used. For those getting botox, the sweet spot for wrinkle prevention – what we call your ideal dose – refines existing lines while leaving room for the expressions that make your look uniquely you.

Dosing is very much a science, and highly individualized. With wrinkles, we see a path to prevention in every face. If you’re looking to learn a bit more about treatment, feel free to book a consult with us. Not only are they complimentary (as in $0.00), consults are for uncovering your greater skincare goals and building the path to make those goals a reality for what’s well worth protecting – your look.
