Movement Prevention
Botox temporarily paralyzes the muscles in your face to limit movement.

Fewer Wrinkles
Limiting facial muscle movement means fewer and less pronounced creasing over time, leading to fewer wrinkles over the long-term.

Retinoids

Prescription-strength Tretinoin

UV Damage Sunscreens

Problem

UV Damage

Solution

Sunscreens

Broad spectrum
Even with high SPF, a sunscreen that isn’t broad spectrum doesn’t protect from all UV-A rays, meaning you’ll be susceptible to premature skin aging.

Mineral Filters
Suncreens have either chemical or physical (alternatively, mineral) filters. While both protect the skin from UV exposure, chemical filters have been found to absorb into the bloodstream at higher than FDA-recommended concentrations. We advise going with physical filter-based sunscreens.

SPF 30-50
SPF is a measure of the protection you get from UV exposure. We recommend sunscreen with an SPF between 30 to 50 for optimal protection.
